*PAYMENT PROCEDURES: We require half the payment for the estimated bid upfront as "good faith" written out to 512developing. In rare situations the upfront cost in parts and supplies if you do not want to purchase them yourself might make the initial payment more then half". EXAMPLE: if parts are 300$ and labor is 100$ then we will need a money order written out for at least 90% of the parts upfront. This would be a 400$ Job and we would require 270$ before starting. Depending on the size of the job the rest is negotiable. Typically if it is a larger job, we will need partial payments throughout the job since we will need to pay certain workers along the way. Smaller jobs typically paid at the end, after you are satisfied. During the job if you decide you want more or less done labor costs, parts and payment methods are negotiable with the lead contractor that is conducting the job. Working as a low overhead organization we take credit cards with an up charge to process them., we are sorry for the inconvenience.
